We were visiting Bryce National park but were staying in Tropic. While searching for a place to dine we found Stone Hearth Grill and we were lucky to get one of the two reservations available. The location is in a beautiful setting on a dead end road. April, one of the owners, greeted us warmly and seated us. Amy our server was great and had great recommendations. The onion soup, beet ravioli, and salad were wonderful The ribeye steaks were outstanding with great mashed potatoes. They special in steaks but the grilled halibut was also delicious! The fruit crisp desert was so good and was a big portion. We live near Chicago and Stone Heart Grill would be in the top of the restaurants there! We were so happy we found this place in this little town!
