We were a group of 6 who left the Stone Hearth Grille recently all singing its praises. The architecture of the building and its setting in the picturesque Utah landscape were just the prelude to a fabulous meal. Riley, the owner, and his two sons were our friendly servers for the evening. French onion soup, beet ravioli, brined pork chop, and the most tender beef filet we had ever had followed by lemon tart and chocolate mousse – all delicious and perfectly prepared. As it is a mile from the glare of lights Tropic’s Main Street, we even enjoyed the starlit sky as we left. Would heartily recommend to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon area!
