This restaurant is about a 20 minute drive from Brice Canyon City where we were staying for our visit to the National Park. There is no where locally to compare with this restaurant as far as we can tell and this is reflected in its popularity – you must book ahead! The welcome was acceptable but from then on the service was top drawer. We were looked after by the owner Riley so not surprisingly he had the answer to any of our questions at his fingertips. I had the Shrimp & Crackers as starter – so simple but quite delicious especially the rosemary salted crackers. My main was the Chinese Red Duck & Scallop – again delicious especially the green onion & ginger relish. Such a well balanced dish. My wife had the Burrata to start followed by Grilled Halibut which she assured me were superb. There is a modest selection of wines by the glass available. Thoroughly recommended – but don’t forget to book!!
