What an incredible find in Tropic, Utah. Riley got us in last minute and we were so grateful. We started with a red blend wine, added the Bleu cheese toast and mixed green salad. Yummy! The salad had grilled butternut squash and feta cheese. The toast had celery slivers and grape slices. For dinner we had the 14 oz ribeye that was grilled to our perfection at between medium and medium rare. For dessert we splurged on the dark chocolate mousse. Having found our hotel (Ruby’s inn) a bit basic and staff unhelpful ( no tea bags in milk in room option black coffee only! Tea bags milk you have to buy from store) also reviews of Bryce Canyon restaurants a bit basic we decided to travel here WELL worth the trip out great service real food steaks were great. Worth the travel, food excellent,views from restaurant amazing. Looking at about $80 a head with a couple of drinks including tips.

Lovely dining experience from the time you are seated. Beautiful views and the creativity of the chef is a joy. We began with a unique Caprese Salad with homemade mozzarella cheese and fresh tomatoes lying in a lovely light, slightly lemony sauce. Followed with rib eye steaks that were exceptional both in flavor and tenderness. Make this a definite stop when near Bryce Canyon.

Stumbled upon this rare gem. The food was amazing, amazing waiter, and amazing ambience. Eager to eat there again!!

We were well received and kindly served. The steak was recommended and we chose that too. It was not a lie, it was perfect! The rest of the food was also of high quality. Highly recommended!!!

Gosh! this worked out great as this restaurant was just a few hundred yards from our Air-B&B. We sat on the patio just around sunset. Glass of wine, wonderful dinner, lots of tasty dessert options, top notch service and spectacular scenery. What more could you ask for?
