Chef Specials

Our Chef Specials are special Entrees and unusual treats that our Executive Chef has created. As much as we love to duplicate these, supplies often dictate these are a one-night only entree. Our Chef, Val Yeager, loves to create these delicious presentations.

Our remote location makes it difficult to know from day-to-day what we will be having as our Chef Specials, but, we can assure you, it will be delicious! We strive to create more than just a dinner entree. Many times it will be a very special appetizer, salad or dessert.
